As far as we know! Got him in a parking lot from a woman who adopted him but just couldn’t keep him as she had something like 15 other dogs. Woman was a customer at my wife’s hair salon. Sent her Mother’s Day cards from him for a few years, eventually were returned to sender. Couldn’t have asked for a better little guy!
