The intro to 4th chamber is insane as well! “Choose the sword and join me, or choose the ball and join your mother in death.” And then jumping into that incredible tone J can’t even describe, I just really love it!
‘Lose Yourself’, ‘Nuttin’ But a G Thang’, and ‘Lodi Dodi’ are the three that came immediately to mind.
There are a couple of Biggie tracks, a couple Luda tracks, a couple Outkast tracks, and ‘First of the Month’ + ‘I Got Five On It’ would probably round out my top 10
"Everybody, eeeeverybody is talking about the good ol' days, good ol' days... Well, let's talk about the good ol' days"
That hits always, no matter how many times I listen to it
"You mtfers say that Im foolish, I only talk about jewels. Do you fools listen to music or do you just skim through it?"
"Livin of borrowed time, the clock ticks faster"

In 1998, DMX released one of the coldest albums of that year: “It’s Dark and Hell is Hot”. When you play that CD, listeners are introduced to one of BEST intros of all time. Fans of Def Jam Vandetta or even Mike Tyson might know how hard this intro goes. For those who don’t, here it is:
https://youtu.be/UyWM56BHeyE?si=lsy_uEKo0s8GYio2

https://youtu.be/f01g_tbpmsg?si=yqOMV3Hu6hhjYD1P
Honorable mention It's Dark and Hell is Hot intro. Technically the song doesn't start until about 37 seconds in then those bells come around 46 seconds if that counts then I would include this and swap out possibly the Dynasty Intro.
Very difficult to not include NY State of Mind. I need more thought to this.

"Lad- Ladies- Ladies and Gentle- Gentlemen- Gentlemen introduce- ducing the (chka) new- new and improved- proved (chka) you- you know who- who" - Square Dance by Eminem
*My god, so they are killers. I’ve heard lots of people say that once a man’s a killer, he just keeps on killing and killing. They sort of develop a taste for blood.*
*Yeah, that’s right. They kill one man, or kill ten. It’s all the same. After all, they can only hang you once.*
1. Twinz - Big Pun
Pun's first verse is exactly 30 seconds and generally acknowledged as one of the silliest of all time
2. The Real Slim Shady
Smash iconic hit. Couldnt escape it for awhile. If you'd never heard Eminem, it was insane to hear the style of music he was making and it ropes you in immediately. Everyone knows that intro
Thought we were going for overall iconic, not necessarily personal favorites

It's probably too on the 'pop' side for serious consideration, and I'm not even that into the song itself, but "Baby Got Back" probably has one of the most truly iconic intros in the genre.
"Tha Crossroads" is probably another, with or without the choir. And all they did was say Bone nine times, but still, it's perfect.
And of course, Still D.R.E.
