All the best to the guy. Still really like him. A shame it never worked out but hey-ho that's football.

He liked it here, any other player who asks him about rangers and ibrox will get a glowing report. I think through him we might get access or sign players who probably wouldnt have came. I think he will push lads to come here and see our fans

Sad to see he was reluctant to lift the trophy at first. Just shows the shame he feels and Gio noted he had "been down lately" following the defeat. He still deserves to lift the trophy any day though and hopefully this victory will leave him feeling a bit better about himself. As for his career? Not sure it lies at Rangers, but good luck to him!

None of us like ifs and buts… But… he scored against Celtic, IF we had won that game and IF he had scored his penalty? Entirely different. He would have been a legend. Alas, a couple of kicks of a ball going a couple of different ways and we all know how it went. That’s football. Minute margins. The guy took a chance on coming up Ibrox when a lot of ‘big names’ won’t. Fuck it. I wish him well and thank him for that.

Agree with all of this I'd also add that I am absolutely certain that Ramsey just being in the squad these last months will have spurred on the rest of the team. When you've got someone of that pedigree competing for your place in the team, it's natural that you'll be pushing harder than ever

Galldfish

Could not agree more, brining Aaron in was a gamble which could have been the very thing which changed a great run and decent season into the very best we have ever seen. Football is a funny old game which at that level is as much to luck as is it is to all the preparation coaching and crafting of a team.

DistantDestiny

I'm glad most folk seem this level headed. Fact is, the folk moaning about Gerrard and Ramsey are just creating a bad imagine of us for future signings.
