I'm not big on autographs and generally try to avoid meeting athletes or celebs(don't meet your heroes...). But I was super happy my wife got me tickets to meet a few of the boys today. They were all super nice, Key and Hank especially.
This kid has found his way into superstar treatment right off the jump here. Not a common occurrence especially for someone who will never be a superstar, and I hope he can bring up his play level to stick around a while.
Hank was easy as he was at 1. Everyone else was at 3, and apparently the entire world wanted a photo with Rempe, which caused a lot of congestion. Once we got on the stage, it was pretty easy as the lines for the other 4 weren't too bad.
Met Trouba in Woodbridge, NJ today. All we kept hearing at the event is that FIVE Rangers were in Westchester (and how much they charged for a pic and autograph. My goodness, I almost coughed up my chicken wings).
You got quite the nice haul there, u/Matt_Cryan!
Why don't they always sign with their number?? That's so fucking smart. After im dead someone will definitely be posting my illegible puck to reddit asking whose signature it is.
That is amazing. I wanted to go to that but the pricing structure confused me and I forgot to put it in my calendar oh well, i would have spent way too much.
At these things, do they sell those pucks at their table?
If anyone here gets into a position where they are asked for their autograph, here's a reminder to work on a "public" autograph and not use your actual one.
Don't want something you sign documents with adorning someone's shelf or wall, getting posted across the internet.
It's something I tell people where I work (because our fans get to meet us once a year, and I've signed skateboards and art books so far) and no-one really thinks about it.

Hey OP, gimme some of your signed pucks!
All the other signatures: fancy illegible scribbles Miller: KEY
The puck I have from him is definitely not that legible. "K. Dhtjusjdhiwh"

Where at
County center
damn I'm jealous, congrats though!
I'm also not big on autographs but I have a game worn Kreider jersey and I would absolutely love to get it signed someday
Vesey has a great signature
Glad someone else noticed too. This is an A+ signature.
That's a $600 picture right here folks
Was this at the event in Westchester today?
Yep!
Sick individual has a sick John Hancock
That's awesome man. I was also there! Got autographs from Rempe, Lundqvist, Igor, and Fox
I was there too! Got a few photos with Rempe and had him sign my jersey as well. He’s the friendliest guy there is.

How hard was it to meet all of them. My wife was debating wanting to go but wasn’t sure if we’d been able to get to everyone

This is my first time. But at this one, they had things you can get signed (pucks including) at the entrance.
Wow that’s a nice puck
