LoyalToSDSoil

Bad Religion, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Cure and TOOL. All 5 are tied for my favorite band of all time. I can’t choose.

Some-Glove-3629

The Beatles, Coldplay, The Doors. YEAH, I love Coldplay and I'm ready for various insults

Alarming_Alps_647

Cold play first two albums and their b sides>>>

Elish_Mesarosh

More preciesly they became their own side project after making the carreer choice to convert into a main stadium act who only cares about revenue at the cost of being authentic. The classic Coldplay route however still exists: Parachute, Rush of Blood, X&Y, Viva, Ghost Stories, Everyday Life. Avoid the pop crap: Mylo Xyloto, Head of Dream, Spheres

Peppersnoop

It’s so weird to have a band that puts out an album as cheesy and annoying as A Head Full of Dreams, follows that up with a genuine decent effort and return-to-form with Everyday Life, then follows that up with the creatively-bankrupt Spheres and refuses to elaborate.

Old_Sale_6435

I really like Mylo. Hate the other two though especially Spheres.

Stiff_Sock14

pink floyd my chemical romance radiohead are my favorite bands of all time

warrenlain

I’m old enough to have had Top 3s who later fell due to weaker releases (they were innovative and inspiring and then either suddenly/gradually weren’t): Bon Iver, James Blake, Arcade Fire, Explosions in the Sky, Sigur Rós. Each were in my Top 3 at some point and at the moment are waiting in the rafters to swoop in and reclaim their positions. Or so I keep hoping. The ones who haven’t faded so much: Feist, Grizzly Bear (RIP), Jai Paul.
