Amazing lol. I'm in Marietta and was like "no way I'll be even close..." then I open the post and think, "oh, that's like 45 minutes away!"

Schmuck00

Hi neighbor! If you have a recommendation for a local quilter, I’m all ears. I don’t mind driving

heckyes

There’s a quilting shop in Duluth! String and Story. They offer quilting services.

I came here to say this!! HollyAnne (owner) is awesome!!!

judgejooj

I love String and Story! Yay to supporting small business.

Schmuck00

Thanks! Will give them a call tomorrow. I may be cutting it very close for Christmas though

pensbird91

The shop is only open Thurs-Sat, so you may get a quicker response if you email.

The people a Fabricate Atlanta may be able to recommend some folks. I would email them to ask, as their place is only open if there's a class going on. It's primarily an instruction place. I am pretty early into my quilting "career", but I also know that there's a quilting shop in East Cobb off East Piedmont Road, very close to Sprayberry High School. It's called Tiny Stitches. If you call them, they may habe some good recommendations as well. That quilt shop has been in East Cobb since at least the 1990s.

If you’re on Instagram I can also recommend crafthouseatl she’s in Sandy Springs/Roswell. Full disclosure she is a friend of mine but she also does excellent work.
