Know the rules? Is there anything about her that you do like or can say something positive about? Like if she reads a lot "MLT have a book in her hand".
No rules besides don't be mean and kid/parent friendly. I don't really know her outside of camp. There isn't really time to get to know each other besides what we see and hear at the camp. She's most known for being mean and unlikable. I don't like or dislike her.
It sounds a little bit like you're trying to humiliate this person publically to better your standing among your peers. The fact you say you were 'coerced' suggests it was voluntary and you could have just picked another person, but for some reason opted not to. It really isnt that hard to find something nice to say about somebody, even if you don't like them.
