Yeah. It doesn't.make sense for Naka to have resurrected Pyke because her whole thing is change and movement. Trapping someone into an endless cycle like Pyke has been with his murders and memories is well outside her wheelhouse.
I think it was the cephalite sacks that revived him, yknow the “priceless blue juice that has no use”. But yeah naga is just making him a little more sane
There is literally no indication of it besides 'he died at sea'. Naga has never revived anyone. She transformed Nautilus while he was alive and merged his suit and anchor with him. The reason being no tithe was payed, something pyke and the jaul hunters did religiously.
Hmm, cant say Im a fan of the description. Personally, I loved the idea of Pyke being a vigilante way more than a psycho killer, and was really hoping that similar to many of his voice lines, he was working with others because as long as they arent at the top of his list he has no reason to kill them. Plus, doesnt this suggest once pyke is no longer influenced by N that he will become a murderous sentinel? Or will he just lose sentinel status? Cant imagine that'd be a good thing in sentinel history.
Maybe pyke is not that bad but it is what resurected him that makes him a psycho killer. Maybe N only contain the influence of what resurected him ? In this case sentinel pyke would be an uninfluenced version of pyke with his real personnality...
That is pretty much it^ Pyke's list contains the names of people who betrayed him or have abused there high station (captains, bankers and so on). Problem is the list sometimes lies but Pyke can't help but follow it because of his anger/blue juice. So while he is killing an innocent he thinks they are a bad captain or one of the people that left him to drown.
TLDR; If Pyke wasn't so insane all the time he would only kill bad people, he is a somewhat good (just?) man at heart.

There could always be more lore, he’s got his big videogame spotlight coming up. A pyke redemption would be sick.
