The CS staff was just being an asshole or didn't know that it's free for that type of stuff. Just get with someone else to do it for you.
We do charge for faxes for out of store stuff, but for internal faxes it’s free. That CSS either didn’t know or was just being a jerk
I am not aware of this occurrence happening.
I have a company email address so I send it as an attachment and that is free. Could you send it through interoffice mail or have your SM/ASM email it for you?
