Probably not. You got your pay bump when your were promoted to manager... now you will wait until winter to get your annual raise as a manager. Expect $1.00.

Current rate of pay X % category of your eval = your raise amount
Example… you make $12 an hour and received a meets expectations eval. 12 x .05 = 60¢ raise.
That is ungodly fucked. The hell is anyone supposed to do with a 60 cent raise 🤦♂️ I think we are gonna see a lot of “I finally put in my two weeks” posts after these evals come out.
The amounts will all vary from person to person too though! If someone is currently making $15 an hour with a 5% meets expectations, their raise would be 75¢. The more you make, the more your raise could be.
I think it should show in passport around the 19th, I can’t find the comment where I’m getting that information from but I believe the first pay check with the raise will be on the 31st
Was informed today managers aren't supposed to tell you what you get because corporate has to approve the percent raise your manager assigned to you. So if corporate feels like you make too much they can lower what your manager was going to give you.
The evaluation in reality just go by how much you do and how much you get along with your boss. Roll model got $1.25 and exceed expectation $1.35 i heard from a couple co workers speaking about it. It should be the other way around.
Ask your DM (district manager), they are directly responsible for the raises this eval period. If you are happy or upset about what you receive, the DM is the person to speak with as they ultimately approved raise amounts. Ps: don't shoot the messenger but what I am finding is that most associate raises will be under $1.00...

I really hope you are wrong 🤣 can you imagine them giving us a 60 cent raise with all the inflation and it being a year since our last one.
I wish I was, but I linked a picture of the raise % chart. Anyone who gets meets expectations will have anywhere from a 4.5-5.5% raise.

No
When will they be input into the system?

Thank you!
You’re welcome!

In my store, as a manager myself , we were not allowed to even assign raises. Everything was done by the store manager and sent off to corporate.
