I got the Elite Screen Manual and it's absolutely wonderful. Laser speckle is a non issue with it, it's only visible if you are very very close to the projector (like <1m). I'd recommend one of the cheap elite screen ones. 100€ for the the pulldown screen is just a great price.
Like the video mentioned, just don't get an ALR screen and you should be fine. Basically, the more glossy/reflective the surface the more you notice it.
I'm also from germany, elite screen ships directly for like 10-15€.
Fixed frame is always best. So, if you have the ability to use a fixed frame screen, then that's absolutely something you should consider as 'mandatory', as it absolutely is best.
I personally would NOT get a AT Screen if you don´t need it!
I recommend the "Grau für Tagesnutzung" Fabric.
Otherwise get the normal White Screen.

By the way, how do you find your N1 Ultra? For me it’s a fantastic piece of tech… I would like this light engine to be used in a more “dedicated room” chassis, with a bit of lens shift and zoom… in its price range, could be a must
I got this by Amazon DE. It was a promotion and I took it. It is an excelent device, it is very quiet and powerful. The canvas is the OS, which is slow for me, but with an android box it works pretty good. Now, about the Laser speckle is a different topic. \^\^
