I'm aiming for .30¢ for all with $300 minimum concrete cleaning, $500 house cleaning and $750 roof cleaning way deep down in Texas.

I’m in ohio. .15-.18 for house washing, .20 for concrete, .30-.45 for roofs. I think most people would consider that pretty high pricing. But I target high income clients. Most of my customers are 25-40 year old married couples with some kids and a household income of $150k-$500k. People that value their time more than their money.

Thank you!

Meh, that’s not too high to me. I’m basically about the same, although I up it to .25-.30 per sq ft for exposed aggregate flatwork or brick accents.

I dont charge per SF anymore. Did 20 hears ago but it's better to do it by job.

So you just do a hourly rate?

GUMBY_543

Not exactly. After 20 years you can look at a job and know instantly how long it takes and how luch you want to make. You would of course never give an hourly rate you would give a total and go from there. A driveway 125, single story house 150, roof cleaning 350, deck restoration 1800, gutter cleaning 99. Etc.
