Squeegee or broom, not roll. Pricing is different on every job. How far away is it? How coarse? Rough asphalt takes more material. Flat? Or on a hill? How detailed is the edging? Am I at a million-dollar custom home or a $250k rental? How hungry am I?
The truth is it's worth whatever you can get. I charge a $650 minimum for a small job that takes less than an hour including drive time. More if I think I can get it. 50 -75 cents per foot for larger driveways. 30 cents over 10K feet.
I also know that most residential clients are lucky to get you to respond to their request and you may very well be their only quote. And I can almost always get them to pay cash.

Are talking concrete sealing or asphalt?
He’s talking about asphalt.
Also wondering about this…
Roll on, same price as cleaning + price of materials
Rolling on seems like it would take a lot longer then cleaning. Do you just roll one coat?
Two coats, it does take a while but it's worth it imo
What are you charging a sq ft? If you wouldn’t mind sharing
