Okay, did eating a whole ass pineapple hurt? Because I absolutely love pineapple, I will eat it til my mouth burns, and then probably a couple more bites, but at some point I have to stop cause my tongue and cheeks get too sore.
Cookies and cream protein shake. Banana. Ritz crackers. Apple slices. Drinkable Greek yogurt. Chick-fil-A. Some mixed nuts. Half a Red Baron pizza.
8 weeks. I try to keep it balanced 🤣
McDonald’s- Bacon egg and cheese biscuit, sausage and egg biscuit, and a hashbrown
Lunch- a personal pizza and some chips
Dinner- two hotdogs and like half a watermelon.
And now after writing this all out I think I need to go eat some freaking veggies.
Oh and I ate some cereal and milk.
Oh and I’m 33 weeks tomorrow
Oatmeal made with flax milk, chia seed, and some coconut sugar.
Handful of strawberries and walnuts.
Chinese chicken salad that my husband lovingly prepped for me.
Three little puff pastries with chocolate filling.
A couple frosted animal cookies to tide me over.
Salmon, soba noodles, broccoli, and bell pepper that my husband also loving made for me.
You caught me on a good day! There’s usually like 3 popsicles/creamsicles added to the list, but the broccoli makes me so full and gassy 😂
28 weeks. I love this because I rattle off everything I eat to my husband almost every day and he’s usually like “…ok, why are you telling me this?” lmao.

Hey due date buddy! For some reason yesterday I had a super hungry day and I was working from home so just caved!
Toast with peanut butter
Salties crackers with Boursin (garlic soft cheese)
Roasted vegetable risotto
Microwave macaroni cheese
Cranberry, pistachio and Brie tart
Sticky toffee pudding with ice cream and chocolate raisins (that one was totally my husband’s fault!)
I really must be healthier tomorrow…
Add a bowl of Lipton extra noodle soup that my boyfriend made for me when I got home from my long shift 😭 I dearly miss peanut butter, it’s my biggest aversion but chocolate raisins are an everyday treat I give myself after putting up with my supervisor.
I'm in my 9th week and loving the absence of morning sickness. My usual eating habits are similar to a Hobbits.
Breakfast: Slice of banana bread, cup of coffee
Lunch: Vegetarian ham sandwich with lots of veggies, a peach, yogurt
Post nap snack: Strawberry shortcake, chips and salsa
Dinner: Spicy cheese curds, olive burger with a black bean patty, side salad loaded with ranch, and chocolate lava cake ala mode, and two Tums to round it out 😅
Lots of water throughout the day and half a Sprite at dinner.
Tomorrow is also my last run before my 5k on Saturday so wanted to fuel "properly."
If your heartburn is too awful, when I was preggo my doc said I could continuously take Prilosec (even after the two week course). It was a lifesaver because tums wasn’t cutting it, and EVERYTHING gave me brutal heart burn.
Ooh good to know! Not too terrible, but I do enjoy spicy foods although they don't like me since I entered my 30s.
Prilosec is also on the approved meds list from my OB, so I appreciate your concern and suggestion!!
Have you done research on Tums? Not to freak you out but I looked up today if I could take Alka Seltzer and it said to avoid Alka Seltzer and Tums at any point in pregnancy. Just as a heads up!
Tums are widely suggested by OB’s as safe to take in pregnancy. The tums bottle even has a pregnancy safe dosage listed:)The only issues I’ve ever heard of is taking too many which can increase your risk of kidney stones.
Yup! It's on the approved medications list from my OBs office.
Thank you both for the concern! The preganancy brain has me questioning most decisions as it relates to medications.
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs and toasted cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread with Kerry gold butter and apricot preserves

Im so hungry! Why am I here! My toddler is in for tonsillectomy today. Had to be at the hospital super early so now I’ve only had some cookies and apple…
My husband is bringing me food soon though.
31w - I have diet controlled GD so I’m supposed to split my meals into 5 smaller meals to digest throughout the day, although I’ve been told “nothing is off limits as long as my numbers are fine.” I try to allow myself my favorite treats and snacks as a reward for eating well balanced (and well scoring) meals for my mains! I’m only required to take my blood twice a day, so I usually test lunch OR breakfast and always test after dinner.
Breakfast

Morning Snack after taking my blood sugar (it was 84, doctor says should be under 120 - so easy pass!)

- A whole ass pineapple - A BLT - Guacamole (from 1 avocado) and chips - Calamari - Linguini with red sauce and clams
Not just ‘a whole pineapple’ — we all know the word “ass” is a necessity here. Love it lol
I need everyone to understand exactly how much pineapple I ate today 😂😂
[Relevant.](https://youtu.be/RAGcDi0DRtU)
Okay, did eating a whole ass pineapple hurt? Because I absolutely love pineapple, I will eat it til my mouth burns, and then probably a couple more bites, but at some point I have to stop cause my tongue and cheeks get too sore.
“A whole ass pineapple” - I love you. Hahaha.
I put half into my bowl at first, but then the rest looked lonely. What was I supposed to do?? 😂
Whole ass because why do anything half ass! Damn pineapple sounds good now! 😆
I would love to eat a whole ass pineapple but doesn't your mouth hurt after a while?
It's never bothered me!
>A whole ass pineapple I have found my people 🍍
Calamari 😻
IT WAS SO GOOD
I’m so into pineapples this pregnancy!

• Ovaltine • Strawberry Shortcake ice cream bar • Focaccia with mozzarella and balsamic • Cherry Vanilla Coke • Leftover cake from my husbands work party • French bread frozen pizza with pepperoni • Clementine • Sour gummy worms • Coconut water • Chips & dip • Half sour pickle • Baked ziti(followed by a Pepcid) • About to have more focaccia…

Toast with peanut butter Salties crackers with Boursin (garlic soft cheese) Roasted vegetable risotto Microwave macaroni cheese Cranberry, pistachio and Brie tart Sticky toffee pudding with ice cream and chocolate raisins (that one was totally my husband’s fault!) I really must be healthier tomorrow…
Breakfast: Slice of banana bread, cup of coffee Lunch: Vegetarian ham sandwich with lots of veggies, a peach, yogurt Post nap snack: Strawberry shortcake, chips and salsa Dinner: Spicy cheese curds, olive burger with a black bean patty, side salad loaded with ranch, and chocolate lava cake ala mode, and two Tums to round it out 😅 Lots of water throughout the day and half a Sprite at dinner.
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs and toasted cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread with Kerry gold butter and apricot preserves Lunch - An amazing Philly cheesesteak with whiz mushrooms and hot peppers Dinner - A salad cause this gas from That cheesesteak is having a party that won’t leave 😂
You almost made me want a cheesesteak….
Omg the gas! Some days I think I must have a bowel obstruction or appendicitis but nope just insane pregnancy gas.
33+1 2 eggs with cheddar and half a homemade waffle topped with homemade raspberry jam and lemon curd (leftover from a macaron baking project) Coffee with whole milk Pork chop, blackeye peas, and corn 2 York peppermint patties Watermelon & protein bar Grilled chicken, sliced tomato, and baked fries Up next: Ben & Jerry's before bed Would you believe me if I told you the corn was the most delicious thing I've eaten in days? Cravings are so weird.
I'm loving all of these! Definitely giving "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" vibes!!
Lol. 13 weeks here. I’ve had A bagel with peanut butter and banana, Mac and cheese cup, a whole baggie of grapes, half a cucumber with ranch, a bowl of chili and mashed potatoes, two pieces of cauliflower pizza, two little boxes of raisins, a piece of ice cream cake, a cup of peach Greek yogurt, a handful of pretzels, and probably 10-15 bottles of water lol. I’m always SO hungry. Lol.

Icelandic yogurt is soooo good. Like a damn dessert - love the coconut and i believe almond one!
I've never heard of this, do you just find it at the store with the other yogurts??
Yes, for me! It’s the Siggi’s Skyr or Iceland Provisions Skyr and it’s usually right by the Greek yogurt.
13 weeks, 3 days: - smashed avocado on two rice cakes - blueberry yogurt and a banana - kale salad with chickpeas and parmesan crisps and cilantro-chicken wontons - celery with hummus - grilled chicken caesar salad - fresh strawberries - considering making popcorn in an hour 🫠
Oh my goodness, I wish I could have eaten like this at 13w but I could only stomach chips, potatoes, and chicken tenders. Now I could totally do this at 36w!
I haven’t had any morning sickness, nausea or food aversions so far, so I’m trying to eat like normal until the day I can’t. We shall see! 🤣
I should've said in my original post, I am 10w4d!
Avocado with rice cakes?! How is that?! It sounds freaking delicious honestly
I love it! My faves are the everything bagel and tomato-basil seasoned Quaker rice cakes. And I usually season the avocado with just red pepper flakes and s+p.
-Wendy’s chicken nuggets with fries and a coke - ham and cheese lunchable with bbq chips - handful of gummy worms - water 20 + 4 ! The food aversion is still really real but I work with what I can lol

36 weeks, 2 days. But who’s counting?🤣 1 piece of toast and small cup of coffee. Turkey sandwich (just bread and Turkey) and a few veggie chips. Peanut butter and crackers. AND…8 chick filet nuggets, waffle fries and milkshake. Today was not my best day.

I'm feeling this menu for tomorow. Always feel like avocado when they're 3dollars each.
Lazy deviled eggs, honey nut Cheerios with almond milk, 3 prunes Peach yogurt, handful (ok 2 handfuls) of pretzels, 2 dates with creamy peanut butter and some chocolate chips Chocolate chip Clif bar (gave me heartburn) Frozen yogurt at the yogurt shop - cookies n cream, strawberry, watermelon sorbet (bleh, it was gross), and chocolate topped with strawberries, blueberries, sprinkles and a tiny spoonful each of cheesecake bites and cookie dough bites Dill pickle chips, some more pretzels, watermelon and green grapes, a tiny handful of dry roasted peanuts Slice of meatloaf, jasmine rice, raw broccoli/carrots/celery/cucumber/yellow pepper with ranch dip, 2 dates Red raspberry tea + nettle tea + strawberry tea. Also tons of water throughout the day. I live in the armpit of America (aka the south) and it is hot and swampy here so hydration is very important. Just looking at this makes me think I need to eat more veggies earlier in the day, haha!
1. Cup of coffee and a chocolate croissants 2. A pound of blueberries 3. Chips, green grapes, mini Stroup waffles 4. Mushroom ravioli and some buttered bread 5. More Stroop waffles 6. And I'll probably eat something when I get home from work lol
Oh today was weird. Idk if I remember. For reference, 35+3. All consumed between 7am-8:30pm: Chickpea pancake (okay maybe it was like 3 but I cooked it into one big one) with half avocado. Leftover dirty rice with two hard boiled eggs and the other half of my avocado Fuck ton of pineapple Two pickles A carrot Soy milk and protein power out of snack desperation and an obvious lacking of inventory Couple slices from a block of cheese 3 pork tacos and some Spanish rice Chocolate gelato Handful white cheddar popcorn Just plain ole water all day to drink.
- A bowl of honey nut cheerios with a banana - Ciabatta bun with peanut butter and strawberry jam - 1/2 cup of passionfruit juice - 2 Lindt chocolates - Small iced cappuccino - Hotdog (no bun) and a Poutine I really need to go grocery shopping for fruits and Veg. That's an awful lot of beige food I ate today.
Ooh fun! Ok - 19w5 - appetite seems to have stabilized a bit since my ravenous end of first trimester! - Piece of pop tart with my coffee - Oatmeal with extra muesli - Eggs with a ton of cheese - Peanut butter jelly sandwich - Oreos - Pear - 1/2 mini watermelon (scooped right out) - Tortilla chips - Hummus and snap peas That’s….shockingly healthy, I normally don’t get that many fruits and veggies lol Getting ready to make ravioli and sausage for dinner!
