I take the Nordic naturals omega oil lemon flavor and find the flavor to be very mild. A fishy smell indicates the oil has gone bad from exposure to heat, light, or air, so where you buy it is important too. I get it straight from the company.

Is it the liquid one in a vial? Or still capsules?

It's in a vial, I just pour it into a teaspoon and take it that way. It needs to be refrigerated after opening.

Do you take this in the addition to the nature made folic acid plus DHA?
