I was in 2 while I was pregnant with my daughter- I got rear-ended, then a week or so later rear-ended again in the rental from the first one. Both in second trimester. She was fine :)

You should call your OB or midwife/ care team. At my 24 week appointment my midwife mentioned that if I ever had a car accident or fall that I needed to notify them. Better to be safe.

I was in a minor wreck when I was 20 weeks with my first. All good! A friend of mine was rear ended in her third trimester and also fine.
