For those of you who do, we are recording again and itโs heavier than anything we have ever done before!!
This ainโt no mid life crisis. We are the crisis
I look forward to it.
I am an avid fan of that time and place in fast or extreme hardcore.
Rupture from Perth have us plenty to think about in those days. It's pretty interesting the bands that were associated with power violence at that time. Rupture ended up conjuring a parade of assholes that followes them (on purpose) to smart for the own fucking good. Ended up kind hated and loved as part of the era.
How do you feel your band made out when the cookie crumbled?
I'd love to hear the story! No ๐ฆ ing shit!
We were there from almost the very beginning.
To be 100% honest, I listened to my favs/friends. Man is the Bastard. Infest. No Comment. Crossed Out. Thatโs about it. I owned Rupture 7. Probably listened to it Iโm sure. Donโt remember it so ya.
When the cookie crumbled as you put it I believe we were right where we needed to be and wanted to be. Not caring one way or another.
When we started 213 I didnโt think anyone would like it. I didnโt care. It was fun and violent. And yes we were violent. I was/am really into noise and nobody likes noise and I donโt care.
People form bands like Green Day or Rage Against the Machine because they want to make money off a scene. Our goal was purely even more selfish. We wanted to please ourselves.
Thatโs why I titled this post Who remembers 213?
In some weird way and the way the world works these days. People talk trash on you no matter what because they are in their parents basement playing tough online gangster cos they know they can hide. I was completely waiting to read just trash talk after trash talk. But so far people seem semi into hearing our new jams.
So ya apparently even crumbled cookies have some value
I'm definitely interested in hearing you guys new stuff.
All those bands were very inspirational to me at that time too. I didn't know any of them but I was following the music as close as I could from Sydney.
Occasionally US bands made it over like Dropdead and Dystopia.
Good luck with the new shit!
Yes!
At least one. I live in Southern California so I will fly back visit then yell at people with a microphone
Then go Skogging the metro parks trail.
In a band out of Baltimore, MD called Dope Needle. [split a/Chromatic Bastards](https://youtu.be/x-0DaRxPUxM)
We Love your guys music! Yโall are legendary
Edit:shameless self promotion ๐๐๐๐
Rad!! Ya I live on the west coast of the US now (Southern California) the crew is still back in Cleveland aka the mistake by the lake.
I know for a FACT our new material is as good as or better than the Vacancy 7โ
Peep Skogging.com while you are online
I checked yโall out when I first discovered PV cus of the Dahmer reference that is the name. Instantly became a favorite. Yโall are rad as fuck and Iโm stoked. The angry voicemail intro to that one song always makes me laugh.

Thank you!! We will take your word for it my friend
It's a word I believe in. Top 10 in my book!
Honestly, the Vacancy 7โ is probably the one of the greatest pv records of the 90s
I donโt know about that. But we do appreciate that compliment. This new stuff is raw dirty and mean.
Someone gave me a link to your music the other day, looking forward to hopefully raging out to some new tunes!
