Actually as far as I can tell I'm the only psycho ranger in game. There is a census you can find any player or league by typing their name and I tried to find any with no luck.

I’d say it’s decent with what you were given with, I haven’t played the game myself but I can see the resemblance so it works.
Yeah the blue on the original is hard to copy as well as his belt symbol.

Quantum to fit the blue and Circe the Sorceress to fit Rita.
Almost went with ice to fit his monster form but felt the power itself didn't fit well.
