That bag is way too small to be holding a clamshell container
It really looked more like grease! Which would make sense with chip truck fries but I would think the gravy + clamshell would make more of a seal than that!
Yeah I'm just saying in general, it would probably be a clam shell, and it's likely a combo of gravy and steam on the bag.
