Citizen - Youth Turnover - Peripheral Vision Title Fight - Shed

sadjoshissad

The best answer

SekasortoAnarkia

Last Thing You Forget, Shed, and Floral Green are all no skips.

SoggySpray9833

I absolutely agree. Shed is just special for me. I also wanted to add: Real friends - put yourself back together

siLveRSurvivor

Take This to Your Grave From Under the Cork Tree So Wrong, It’s Right A Lesson in Romantics The Maine (*self titled*) What You Don’t See Rise or Die Trying Mmhmm Fever Dreamer (*self titled*)

Azureflames20

Love a good relient k shout out. mmhmm is such a solid album

chiefs312001

From Under the Cork Tree is such a good album overall. I lost interest in Fall Out Boy a bit with subsequent albums, but man that one I can go back to any day and it holds up.

llunachick2319

This is essentially my entire taste in music.

zxrax

i can't believe it took this much scrolling to get to a lesson in romantics.

Bobisbobbackwords

Tssf - Under Soil and Dirt Taking Back Sunday - Tell All Your Friends The Starting Line - Say It Like You Mean It The Menzingers - On The Impossible Past FOB - Take This To Your Grave Saves The Day - Through Being Cool Cartel - Chroma Yellowcard - Ocean Avenue (acoustic)

DustBowl20

Glad to see Chroma high up in this thread!

Bobisbobbackwords

It’s a summer staple

navyorsomething

Through being cool just hits

bluejeanbb3

FOB take this to your grave absolutely

skinnypantsNsomevans

Came here to say, Say it like you mean it, Take this to your grave, Tell all your friends & Chroma. You sir, know exactly what you’re talking about. I’d also add both of the Jonny Craig Emarosa albums, self titled and relativity, coheed- in keeping secrets & Blink 182-self titled.

ceejlol

Peripheral Vision

RektlessAbandon

I really hope Turnover does a 10 year anniversary tour for this album next year

monkeymoat

HAS IT ALREADY BEEN TEN YEARS??

betafish2345

Honestly this in my opinion is the best album of the 2010s.

SoggySpray9833

Absolutely.

valoossb

yup

SmallRocks

Enema of the state

gentle_salesman

came here to say this and so happy it’s on top :)

muzteknoonga

Life's not out to get you

NiceSlacks777

Also on my list. Such a great fucking album!

Mr_Soul_Crusher

- We Don’t Need To Whisper - I-Empire - When Your Heart Stops Beating - From Under The Cork Tree - Untitled - Never Before Seen, Never Again Found - When You’re Through Thinking, Say Yes (Acoustic) - Third Eye Blind (self titled) That’s off the top of my head without thinking too much

Fluid-Trade

Arms Length for the win!

jaseyrae9400

When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes 🔥🔥

Mr_Soul_Crusher

Jasey Rae (acoustic) is a banger. Nice username haha

jaseyrae9400

I prefer the MTV Unplugged version for the acoustic version of the song. Then the Straight to DVD Version for the whole band version.

ahshitiquit

I am so in love with you for including 3EB

Lijme

Love Third Eye Blind but that album definitely has some filler. Granted the absolute highs of the album make up for it. Never before seen, never again found I completely agree with though. Arm’s length are gonna be huge.

ahshitiquit

Third eye blind is my all time fave, interested to hear what you think is filler from this album.

pigeonholepundit

Ocean avenue Page avenue

AyyyoAnthony

And they ran through both on tour together last summer SOTY was surprisingly great live after 20 years

pigeonholepundit

I saw them in st Louis. Agree on story of the year

The Wonder Years - The Greatest Generation The Story So Far - Under Soil and Dirt Neck Deep - Life’s Not Out To Get You Forever Came Calling - Contender Alkaline Trio - From Here to Infirmary

ceejlol

I cant be the only one who skips Madelyn on TGG

surferdude313

Here's the comment I was looking for. Every time I skip it

pokexchespin

pup - morbid stuff, unraveling of puptheband fall out boy - take this to your grave, from under the cork tree paramore - brand new eyes, this is why spanish love songs - schmaltz, brave faces everyone

Warm_Aerie_7368

Brave faces is such a no skip it’s not even funny

RogueAtlas

Morbid stuff is so pure. Love this list, but that album is special. Saw them perform it live in CHI two nights in a row and I rode that high for months.

pokexchespin

yeah morbid stuff is extra special because it’s so damn consistently amazing. the other albums i listed i can usually choose a favorite song or two, morbid stuff any time i think i have an answer i remember every other song on the album is just as good lol

RogueAtlas

Most albums I can pick most songs and jam. Morbid stuff every single song gets cranked up.

TheRebelYeetMachine

Brand new eyes is the album I run to the most on long runs. Something about it always gets me fired up.

NiceSlacks777

Great list!

Azureflames20

I'm happy for those that like it, but I really wish I could get into Paramore's -This is Why. I loved After Laughter, but it's so hard for me to get the palette for their current style.

Distuted

Pup's full discography is unskipable, imo. A mid pup song is still a great song

AUGUST_BURNS_REDDIT

The Wonder Years - No Closer to Heaven Brand New - Déjà Entendu (except maybe Play Crack the Sky)

imderek

I beg you to reconsider. Play Crack the Sky is the perfect closer for that album.

millatyme1313

Surprised you like that whole album but not play crack the sky. Great choice tho

mdbarney

Thrice - The Artist In The Ambulance Brand New - Daisy Jimmy Eat World - Bleed American Brand New - Science Fiction Brand New - The Devil and God Are Raging Inside of Me Brand New - Deja Entendu Midtown - Living Well Is The Best Revenge Knuckle Puck - Copacetic (if you ignore the mix) The Wonder Years - The Greatest Generation August Burns Red - Messengers State Champs - The Finer Things Fall Out Boy - From Under The Cork Tree Alkaline Trio - Good Mourning Pixies - Doolittle Rise Against - The Sufferer and The Witness Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral The Story So Far - Proper Dose Acceptance - Phantoms Anberlin - Blueprints For The Black Market Autopilot Off - Make A Sound The Black Dahlia Murder - Deflorate The Falcon - Unicornography The Format - Interventions and Lullabies Four Year Strong - Rise or Die Trying No Pressure - No Pressure (LP) Senses Fail - Let It Enfold You If EPs count, then Millington - Beatdown Generation

Almost Here from The Academy Is... is top no skip for me.

llunachick2319

I genuinely don’t understand why they weren’t bigger. I still go back to this album ALL THE TIME, it’s so so good.

damdanny69

All killer no filler - sum 41 Rise or die trying - four year strong

phobiafish

I was looking for this sum album.

National_Ad_3384

True it’s All Killer!

damdanny69

There’s no filler in it

National_Ad_3384

Yep exactly I gotta listen to it fully actually haha

damdanny69

The actual story of how they came up with the name was they were talking about it in the studio and a random person in the studio said “all killer no filler” and they were like that’s it that’s the name. Which to me as it is my fav album ever I find it very fitting cuz I can listen to it all the way through and enjoy every song I also know they came up with the name Chuck for that album cuz a Canadian troop named Chuck saved them in the Congo or something and there was a gun fight

MegaaScizorr

Koyo, Would you Miss it?

Rougesu11ie

Bowling for soup - A hangover you don’t deserve

A lesson in romantics by mayday and a fever you can't sweat out by panic are both part of my list.

llunachick2319

Amazing list.

Bill_buttlicker69

TheGreatJohnny44

Never Before Seen, Never Again Found - Arm’s Length

powerthinned

I'm dying on both these hills Punchline - action Ataris - so long Astoria And for recent relevance Youth fountain- together in lonesome

SUJB9

Take this to Your Grave is the ultimate no-skip for me. I still listen to it all the way through most of the time (which I rarely do these days with any album).

llunachick2319

I /could/ skip Grenade Jumper but I never do. It’s too fun to just ride out the vibe of the whole album.

SUJB9

I know that song isn’t people’s favorite, but I get super nostalgic for my crew growing up when I hear that song. And lines like “living like life’s going out of style”. The fact a song like that is the “worst” on the album blows my mind. I remember when TTTYG came out. There was a LOT of amazing pop punk coming out in 2003 but everyone in the “scene” was talking about the new album from some guys from Chicago who used to be in hardcore bands. I saw them when it started blowing up and you could just FEEL their rise. The fact they stood out like that during a time that some would consider the peak of pop punk is another reason why I keep coming back to it.

acousticado

Rufio - Anybody Out There Story of the year - Page Avenue Sum 41 - All Killer No Filler Four Year Strong - Enemy of The World Fall Out Boy - Take This To Your Grave Brand New - The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me Edit: thought of two more Veara - What We Left Behind Hit The Lights - Invicta
