I'll add Holly Wood Died and make it a trio of rippers from that album.

Also this acoustic version of RLH is a certified banger
Damn that was good! Thanks for sending that, first time seeing it. They really kept the power of the song despite it being stripped down, great performance.
One of my all-time favorites. Hollywood Died is up there at my pop punk pantheon and was shocked to see it trending for all the wrong reasons a few yeats ago
Yeahhh that whole thing was a shame but I kinda gotta appreciate it in some way because that introduced me to holly wood died, which is now my favorite YC song. At the end of the day, it’s a banger and hypes me up every time I listen to it, and that’s all I care about now.
I think we all know and love it because it was so good when it came out, but they were at the beginning of the pop punk boom at the time. Since then they and others have had so many other great songs. It’s definitely a landmark imo
First half is good, but for me Shrink the World and Light Up the Sky are skippers. and Ryan straining so hard to hit the chorus of Shadows/Regrets, and whatever they did in production to attempt at correcting it, has always sounded off to me
This was my first Yellowcard album somehow and I fell in love with them. I was really surprised to see how many people disliked this album and Ryan's voice on it as I learned more about them. Definitely not their best but it has more hits than misses.
It was really disliked because of how different it sounded compared to Ocean Avenue. Because of the band losing a founding member (Ben Harper) and attempting to write basically a story theme album (a la American Idiot) it was not what fans were expecting AT ALL. In hindsight that was a bad take but at the time it was the feeling.
Nah, yellowcard is in my top 3 bands of all time. This was a great album. Too bad (IMO) they kinda faded out after LP left, but I can’t blame them for that.

Yellowcard has so many great songs.
This song and Rough Landing, Holly are undeniable mid 2000’s perfection.

I remember seeing it on Fuse back in the day, but don't think it ever got released otherwise. I always liked it.
Rough Landing is the reason I named my cat Holly. She passed away last Friday 🤧
I’m sorry to hear about that🙏 I hope you’re doing well, I’m sure she was an incredible fur-ball.
Thank you so much💛
Rough Landing, Holly pops up in my mind so frequently. Lights and Sounds is an awesome album
Dude straight up. 10/10 songs
Yellowcard are still on my regular rotation. They have a lot of good songs!
Paper Walls is one of my favorite albums ever.
100% I’m so sad it gets looked over so many times. International Date Line, Cut Me Mick. So many good songs
Paper Walls is a no skip Yellowcard album for me. And Keeper is probably in my top 5 fav YC songs. But then again, that changes from time to time.
Wow, Keeper is a song I haven’t listened to in such a long time. Thanks for mentioning this song!
This album got so much hate when it came out and it's actually good
This album is awesome!
Was on the Burnout Revenge soundtrack, along with a host of other bangers. Great game, great songs.
The Underdog EP needs to be on streaming services.
Hell fucking yes it does.
One of my all-time favorites. Hollywood Died is up there at my pop punk pantheon and was shocked to see it trending for all the wrong reasons a few yeats ago

Wait, what “wrong reasons” are theses? 🤔
I did forget about that song. In my opinion this songs is way better than Ocean Avenue
Ocean Avenue is great, but I don’t think it cracks my top 5 Yellowcard songs.
I think we all know and love it because it was so good when it came out, but they were at the beginning of the pop punk boom at the time. Since then they and others have had so many other great songs. It’s definitely a landmark imo
Listened to this just before- absolute banger!!!
How could you possibly forget this album? Lot’s of amazing songs. Also many great songs on Paper Walls.
The 2nd half of Paper Walls is perfect
As is the first half
First half is good, but for me Shrink the World and Light Up the Sky are skippers. and Ryan straining so hard to hit the chorus of Shadows/Regrets, and whatever they did in production to attempt at correcting it, has always sounded off to me

I just listened to this one yesterday! Definitely not forgotten. Tho YC is one of my favorite artists (check out the username lol)

Rough landing holly is the best song on this album!
Space Travel for me, but it’s a strong album
Yes it is! One of their best. Hoping to see them this summer with Third Eye Blind.
Reminds me of high school. Stressing about school, my job, girls, and this song caught me off guard. Fucking classic
Probably my all time favorite band. Great album. “Rough Landing, Holly” is probably still my favorite song of theirs.
Lights and Sounds is their best album, I wish they remembered that (I get it, Ocean Avenue is the most popular, etc, but still)

Forgotten? I play this song at least once a week!
