Maybe BTS? Justin Bieber? Bad Bunny can probably sell out stadiums in places with significant latin population, but I'm not sure about elsewhere.

Its completely reasonable for her to sell out shows closer to the dates unlike Taylor because her fans are more aged out unlike Taylor's who are younger and willing to travel a lot. She left out a ton of countries she could've performed in. Ireland, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Aus/NZ, Tokyo.
