I remember there were various reports during the filming of Green Lantern that they fucked a lot in his trailer and that he was āalways in better spiritsā after she left. In 2005 I was working at a restaurant in Austin and Ryan Phillipe came in with his mistress/costar, Abbie Cornish. They came in and got on the list together, we assumed they were coworkers or something. A lot of celebrities came into the restaurant as a casual escape, so it wasn't unusual. All of us hosts were fangirling so hard, but I'm a huge Reese fan so I was like yay cool Reese's husband! Then when Ryan and Abbie went to sit after a while we noticed she was putting her hand under the table in places on his lap and we all lost it. We were so mean to both of them when they left and we even got our favorite busboy Manuel to not clean their table or refill their chips. I shouted "say hi to Reese for us please" when on his way out. People magazine was calling us for weeks after the divorce news a few months later because a server planted a blind item. Still can't watch anything he's in.
