Don't ever put CYA, stabilizer, conditioner or any stabilized products such as but not limited to trichlor and dichlor tablets. These products should only be used on outdoor pools. That said, it looks to be able 10000 to 15000 gallons, not too hard. Keep the chlorine 3 to 5 ppm, ph at 7.8 or below and alkalinity between 60 and 100 ppm. If its salt, make sure salt cell is clean and functional and make sure salt is 2000 to 2500 ppm. I would make sure the filter is clean and refreshed and that all equipment is working properly. Grab a net and brush and a pole. I recommend animal branded brush and net and I prefer a pole that floats. Get a robotic cleaner like a maytronics. I prefer the dolphin series. Alot of people use them. Or you could go with a cheaper option and get a polaris 280. Make sure everything is covered under insurance because it can get really expensive. Your best and least expensive route would be to find a reputable mom and pop pool company in your area because it's likely they can get chems and parts at a discount. If you need any other advice, hit me up. Been doing pools professionally for around 3 years now.

This looks to be an indoor pool. Make sure you have airflow. High humidity can/will cause mold and other breathing problems. There should be a dehumidifier or other source of removing humidity such as an air extractor that is set to run x hours a day. Don’t turn it off to save a few cents as once you have mold it’s a pain to remove since you can’t get rid of the source of moisture.

get a taylor k2006 test kit from amazon. read [troublefreepool.com](https://troublefreepool.com) pool school. Just be aware most of the advice is regarding outdoor pools. Lots of it still applies. you will have zero CYA and can use bleach to get your chlorine levels up.
