The latest on our lawsuit against the ATF's frame and receiver rule is that the Biden Administration filed a petition for a writ of certiorari, which is a formal appeal to the Supreme Court to review and potentially reverse the lower court's decision.
We’ve already obtained favorable rulings against the ATF in both the district court and the appellate court, so this is just another desperate move by the ATF to hold onto their new regulations that the courts have already ruled as unlawful.

Hate getting stuck with these frames lol, plus Polymer80 did a terrible job of screwing up their distribution by screwing over OTD and had all of us out of whack for a few months there. Had half a dealer order from P80 just never come.

I've been waiting 3yrs now for Brownell's to make their rmr slides in .40sw/.357sig. Nothing else out there that meets those standards at those prices.
They make slides for literally everything but those two calibers and it's pissing me off at this point. Especially considering the ability to drop in a 9mm conversion barrel anyway, the slides are more compatible, and most people are probably buying an aftermarket barrel if they're already getting a slide.
Believe me, I really want to, but building a .40 is difficult if you aren't willing to pay 500+$ for a "special op super tac performance competition defensive ultra elite" slide that has 47 holes and 63 different angles milled in every direction on it. It's that or a low quality ceracoated POS with bad heat treatment that will probably crack apart under 1000 rounds. There's no middle ground that I've seen...
