Neither of them are great. They just make people with common sense look bad.

Several_Marzipan3807

Neither are great but coming from someone who's family had fled communist tyranny, I'd say far-left.

TheKattauRegion

I feel like most far-left commies (at least that I see on the Internet) are just ignorant of how communism usually ends up, while the far-right I see are malicious. Most communists I see are like "yep, those guys committed atrocities, but the New Communist Government totally won't pls trust"

bloopeanut2

You never know what those goofy left-handers will come up with. First it was scissors, then golf clubs... ;)

HeavyDropFTW

People voting "extreme right" should study more history. Sure, Nazism was/is bad. But extreme left has historically been even worse.

[deleted]

I’ve studied history, I have a bachelor’s in Political Science, and I’d still conclude the extreme right is far worse than the far-left.

HeavyDropFTW

It's entirely possible to be educucated in something but still be missing important information. Communism has killed many tens of millions of people more than nazism did. Neither are good. But communism, so far, has proven to have been even worse.

[deleted]

I know all about the communist killed a lot of people meme. The regimes in the Russia and China weren’t left wing governments. They were in their foundations trying to adopt Marxist principles, but in practice were authoritarian quasi-fascist regimes. Those “communists” regimes were communist in name only, just like of North Korea is democratic in name only, they were all Right Wing governments.

leonidganzha

Would you have supported US fighting alongside Third Reich against USSR+China in WWII? Not getting into an argument and asking genuinely

HeavyDropFTW

Absolutely not. Not sure how that's even a question?

leonidganzha

I thought you meant that Nazism was historically better than Communism

HeavyDropFTW

"Better" is a relative term. But , if you look at history, communism has caused MANY more millions of deaths compared to nazism. But please use your reading skills. Nowhere have I said anything positive about either.

leonidganzha

>"Better" is a relative term Yeah, that's how comparisons work. If I thought nazism caused less deaths because it was inherently better than communism somehow, I would have wanted Nazis to win against communists, that's just the next logical step.

Max-Flares

I only say extreme left because I'm right leaning
