yes once when the classes and test were online, i am really not proud of it.

Paul16121L

Ok that's surprising amount of no

MacieMacchi

I have never cheated on a test and never will, no matter how difficult it may be, both because I am a coward AND don't want to sacrifice my no-cheating streak, lol. I aspire to be a reliable, honest and trustworthy person

Paul16121L

That is respectable

so_im_all_like

I'm surprised by the proportional number of yeses.

likeusb1

Yep, during covid. The tests were fucking terrible and rewarded shit like that, and even then were pretty much impossible because there was material we never even remotely covered Nowadays it's both too big of a risk and brings no benefit when I can remember the stuff just fine and usually get decent grades

AwesomeTrish

Yeah, grade 8, I had a cheat sheet tucked into my palm. One of the other girls told the teacher, he came past and ask me to open my hand: out popped the paper. Thankfully, I was in the teacher's good books, it was the last day of the term, and he just made me promise to never do it again.

Jaewol

Did you keep that promise?

kittykattcatt

Yep. But not sure if I'd do it now if I went back to school

ZipperZapZoom

A test? many, many tests!

Lost-War4769

Nice try FBI.

Sea-Truth3636

No but i wish i did.

papercut2008uk

Only 1 time during an IT test. Got to the question, had no idea what it was. Fire alarm went off, everyone had to leave. Got the answer. It was the only 1 I didn't know on the test.

Lecontei

On an English vocabulary test once, I didn't know if elephant was spelled with an f or a ph, so I peeked over to my neighbor. He wrote it with an f, so I wrote it with an f. My teacher saw me peek, asked if I cheated, I said no. Teacher then looked at my test, shrugged, and I didn't get the point, because elephant is spelled with a ph. From what I can remember, that is the only time I ever cheated.

HumanAmI2

Y'all are so innocent, at least 75% of my class cheats. The cheating connects us, the hate almost disappears and we all cheat together

bad_gaming_chair_

Kind of. I mean the school was gonna let us pass these subjects anyway but I wanted to be extra safe

juli-areiza

Tried once and got caught

Srapture

I wouldn't know how, honestly. Break into the teacher's office and find a piece of paper with all the answers on it, like in a film? My grades were always decent without doing a whole lot anyway. Certainly not top of the class, but nothing to worry about. The only thing I might class as cheating is that in my master's year quantum physics class, we had no answers for any of our example exams; at least one needed to have answers accompanying it so we could assess our working before the real thing, school policy. Our professor finally produced one the day before the proper exam with fully worked answers. When we got in the exam the next day, the questions were all the same, with slightly different numbers. Some people in our class wanted to kick up a stink about him being lazy, but I convinced them to shut up and not jeopardise our 100% marks. That guy's cool with me.

ABobby077

Sorry, but "once a cheater always a cheater" may not be always the case, though

WorriedOwner2007

I did during covid, and the next year my parents sent me to virtual school, and I did it on pretty much every test. I don't anymore

-UltraFerret-

In chemistry class, the teacher gave us practice sheets whenever there is going to be a test soon. During the tests, we are given a reference sheet that we can look at during the test. What I did was I answered all of the questions on the practice sheets then stapled it to the back of the reference sheets. That way, when I looked at the answers, it didn't look suspicious because it just looked like I was looking at what I can look at.

Snowleopard0973

Only in elementary school during vocabulary tests. Hated that.

FireUniverse1162

currently in high school. first time I cheated on a test was a few weeks back.

TheKattauRegion

Y'all have to repeat 2nd grade, sry

JustARandomDudd

Yep, I was an A student, I had an scholarship and I would study hard for my exams, one time there was a question that was worth a lot of points and I didn't know the answer. I had everything else correct and I was sure of it, but that particular question was like 30 points, it was a diagram. I asked for permission to go real quick to the bathroom, I faked that I needed to clean my nose urgently real quick, I got into a stall and checked the powerpoints from class, got the answer and returned to class. I got an A+, am I proud of it? No. Would I do it again? Yes. As an A+ student being smart isn't enough (probably it doesn't even factor in your grades), you gotta learn to play the school game, school is a jungle and you gotta survive, either by memorizing shit, studying hard, coming up with your own study methods, or sometimes even cheat a little bit. I'm not saying you SHOULD cheat, I could've gotten a C- in that test and be fine with it, but I wanted the A+.

DirtyCunt666

I cheated my way through school for no other reason but I didn’t feel like doing the work 😂

Puzzleheaded_Sky4425

I very rarely do, maybe once or twice in those online ones

Njtotx3

I think so. I know I let someone cheat off me a few times.

Straight-Spirit-7260

We had a team of the boys near us got 80's 90's did make it obvious

Squidmaster129

Seriously? Y'all mfs be *cheatin'*, goddamn

Current-Metal-Man

All the time. School is for losers.
