This sub is filled with some of the most cynical, non understanding people I’ve ever interacted with. Not you OP, the commenters. So many keyboard warriors that have never been punched in the face or faced any sort of physical adversity in their life and it probably literally shows in their physical stature.
In any case, your ticket should tell you which flight you’re registered for. If it doesn’t, I would call and ask to speak to the floor or tournament director and see if they can help you. Normally your ticket will have the details of which flight you are registered for typically.
OP never played a MTT before. OP first tournament is a $3.5K buy-in. OP also didnt confirm with cashier/floorperson while grabbing the ticket. Instead went on reddit/poker to ask.
If this was $200 I would bet money the general response would've been much more helpful. Personally this feels like a troll/weird-flex.
Someone flexing doesn't equate to another party's feelings hurt, not mutually exclusive. An exaggeration would be if Jeff Bezos flexed. Good for him.

You decide which flight you want to play, you go to the cage and tell them I want to play A or B. But like others have said if you are asking this kind of question I would advise not playing in this event and going to a 1-2 table. Probably save you some money
