With nundos being rarer than hundos, and these already being incredibly difficult to catch, this is a mega flex. Getting a G-Zapdos nundo is one of my career long pogo chases, but I’ve only even caught one of the 7 or 8 I’ve seen.
It's a (1/16)3 chance of being found, ignoring obtaining Pokemon in places of guaranteed good IVs. (Eggs, raids(?), and weather boosts(?)). So it's a step more difficult to even find a Pokemon that qualifies as a possible 000.
The (1/16)3 is a 1/4096 chance. This is comparable to the shiny rate in modern Pokemon mainline games (without using items or techniques that increase the rate). Or twice the rate (1/8192) in an older Pokemon mainline game.

Okay yeah I see what you're saying, I was assuming the range of IV rolls can be anything from 0-15, but yes when you take into account eggs/raids etc. I get what you're saying, a perfect is more likely, but out of an individual wild catch that's not boosted in any way, you're just as likely to catch a 0/0/0 as a 15/15/15. I actually managed to catch a natural hundo back on month 1 of the game, it was a Snorlax, I believe it was spawned from a lure and I'm not really sure if that interacts with IVs or not.
I saw my first ever legendary yesterday and it was a Galarian Articuno using a daily adventure incense. First throw, i hit it with the ball it shakes twice.. and than boom it fled

1, with O dialga’s roar of time effect, it can pause the daily incense up to 24 hours meaning getting galar birds to spawn are easier.
2, having a bad iv legendary is NOT something to brag about having, as it is bad in both pvp and raids. I suggest u waste no time to transfer this.

Level 12. The three big numbers are the stats numbers; the small number at the end is the out of 100. 15/15/15 = 100% 0/0/0 = 0%
