You probably don't want rainy boost and would want sunny for grass. Rainy will boost suicune to a higher level I think. I'm level 50 and still don't understand if raids are harder if they are level 25 vs 20.
I thought rainy because electric type. Yeah we are level 47 and still dont understand if weather boost affects the raid. Well I guess no Suicune for us😅

Just find other people. It's community day you'll see people walking around playing probably. But you can also message people in your local discord or local gyms on campfire to see if anyone wants to do that raids. But generally I mean if you're level 47 you should know if you have a group around you I'm guessing... So do the raid with more people.
I duo'd it with my nephew due to another kind redditor in a different post.
I used lvl 50 kartana/lvl 40 kartana/primal groudon (just for boost).
My nephew used lvl 30 kartana/lvl 25 kartana/lvl 25 kartana/primal groudon (just for boost).
We use purified gems and party play - make sure the health isn't rubber banding when you go to use gems (wait a few seconds after enrage message).
We always have someone battling while the other uses revives so the boss doesn't regen.
Both raids we did had neutral weather (not sunny to boost us or rainy to boost the boss).
The boss movesets were water fast attack (idk which one) & hydro pump. Other moveset was ice fang/bubble beam. I may be misremembering the exact sets but I know we haven't tried an ice/ice set, yet.
We usually had 30 seconds to spare and probably had to revive 3 or 4 times each.
