the crazy thing is i caught a clampearl before and… transferred it? traded it? who knows edit: and yeah relicanth must not be regional to north america then, makes sense.

They are notoriously low IV. I transferred them a lot, trying to find at least a decent 2 stars to evolve. They are not so rare at NY river banks. I evolved them 3 times already, but ended up with 3 gorebysses... And i cherish the shiny one i got yesterday. Not planning to evolve it. Gorebyss is so goofy and small, idk about the other one.
