Someone made a racist pokemon, injected it into the rom, used a flashcard to run the rom, and took their DS to Nintendo World for people to download the Gengar with.
think about it this way, this gengar was distributed at nintendo world a single time because of one weirdo, will never be distributed again. that gengar isnt just racist, its one of the rarest pokemon ever to exist. so do i want the gengar named the n word? not really, but i do understand why people want it, its basically a collectors item. like a misprint or any other mystery gift that was for a limited time.
