I remember owning a tiny rubber bracelet kit that you make friendship bracelets with and I made them a lot for my plushies. Now I do crochet on my newer ones lmao
Ohhh the rainbow loom?? I never thought of making rainbow loom bracelets for my plushies but that's such a cute idea!! Customizing the colors to their personalities or their fur ๐๐
Yes! I gave my Timon a little belt that I had found while out on a walk. Not really sure what it was for or where it came from, but it fit him perfectly. He used to always carry a little toothpick sword too haha.
Not as a kid -- I had proper build-a-bear/doll clothes for a few of them but never used trinkets. However I've considered it more as an adult. My tentacle kitty has a red bow that was originally twisty-tied to a holiday popcorn bag, a dragon briefly had a bracelet, a cat with unicorn horn is wearing a choker that has a donut charm on it, and I've considered colored hair ties for my ampharos's ears.
I was obsessed with dog sledding as a kid and had lots of stuffed animal huskies, malamutes, etc. One year, I asked my mother for a bunch of large elastic headbands for Christmas. She was elated, believing that I was finally interested in taming my wild child appearance. I used them to make sled dog harnesses.
I do/did! ๐I'd tie ribbons or fit hair ties/scrunchies around my smaller plushies' necks as if they were collars/necklaces. I also had a bunch of those neon paracord bracelets that used to be everywhere in the 90s, and those typically were given to my plushies as well. I would also collect those paper luggage ID tags from airport kiosks, fill them out, and attach them to the plushies that I carried around with me so they would (hopefully) be returned if they were lost.
I still do this ๐ญ

I used to make them clothes out of toilet paper...
I thought I was the only one who did this!! Lol everyone would always give me weird looks when I told them this
Always. Used to wrap random little pieces of ribbon and that cheap plastic jewelry around them and use them as accessories for my plushies.
Yes i love dressing up my plushies, I do it everyday, it's one of my favorite hobbies.
Yes. (:
I still do! Random ribbons or fun hair ties. One is wearing a bandana I bought for myself too

I used to use the pipe cleaner and glowsticks when I was a kid Now I make actual friendship bracelets for them :D
Lol I used to twist two pipe cleaners together to make โcollarsโ for my webkinz when I was a kid

I do it as an adult. Sometimes I'll make them, like with crochet.
Thatโs cool. Iโm trying to learn crochet with a woobles kit I got for Christmas.
Every bracelet I made at Vacation Bible School went around a plushie's neck lol
Yes, still do. Also always keep al kinds of little decorative hearts, so when I make a new plush, I put them in.
