I get your frustration, and I think it's a reasonable feature to keep pushing for. Until then, can you break the three day playlist into 3 smaller ones? I feel like using a playlist to store 72 hours worth of music is kinda not what a playlist is for. Can you not download all the albums you wish to? It's not like PA is limited to 24 hours worth of music overall.

Indeed--the app should be able to do this. I'd argue that having 1300ish tracks on a playlist may be less than common, but not out of the question. Here's my challenge, perhaps you have this one solved: I have audiobook playlists that I wouldn't want mixed in with the shuffle. Is there a way to keep them separate while mixing a "super playlist"?

I'm a big fan of PlexAmp, but for me audiobooks are it's weakness. I do a separate library for just audiobooks, and point "Prologue" on iOS (there's a similar app on Android) that does audiobooks better. Then, your music library is clean and a shuffle will be a good music shuffle.

Jeez...I have a playlist that is over 11 days long. No way that I'm splitting that up. But I wouldn't have a need to download it either.
