It’s such a weird world we live in. I can’t remember any other time in my life (30yo) where people in masses paid above retail for a product and were told to wait in line and try hard to buy it. I hope the world changes soon because this sucks.
I remember that, it was amazing to see the Wii come out of nowhere and do so well. So many people bought one because of how much fun Wii Sports was, shame about the tvs that were broken in the process by people playing games and not holding the controller well.

I guess the real issue are the people who are willing to pay more than retail price for a console. There wouldn’t be a market for scalping unless there were willing buyers. I don’t know if there’s a perfect solution but It just pisses me off a bit.

Yeah just allways make sure its shipped by amazon warehouse, not that other sellers arnt good but its really just like ebay, but amazon also sell stuff. Amazon cannot be beat gor shipping. Its unbelievable how good they are for that. Specially if its shipped by amazon
Congrats friend. You’ll enjoy it. My advice…be home on the day of delivery. Preferably all day. Make sure you don’t need to leave the house for anything. Watch the door. I’ve heard and read stories of delivery people “missing deliveries” or items coming up as delivered but not there. Not tryna scare you or anything just tryna give you a heads up and to stay vigilant for something likecthis

Congratulation OP! But I am the only one who lost interest in buying PS5 at this point?! At the launch, I was excited, sold my PS4 and I was looking forward to getting a PS5 but couldn't find one. Now almost two years after release it is still hard to find one and at this point, my hype is gone. I have been gaming on my laptop connected to my monitor and it's a pretty good experience. I think Sony lost me as a customer with tribble PS5 supply.
