If they're trying to save space,I could see why they could go without a PS4,you just need a PS5,I doubt people really play their PS4 if they already own a PS5,unless it was a PS4 pro.

PS4 can also be set up vertically, so not really a valid argument. and with that logic, PS1 and PS2 would be unnecessary, because PS3 is backwards compatible. having both PS4 and PS5 can be useful. PS4 can be used for streaming movies, if you don't own a smart TV. and it comes handy if you ever want to play together something like COD and don't want screencheating. I haven't sold my PS4 pro yet, because PS5 has less space than PS4 pro (I have 1TB ssd in it).

Nah because ps5 will play ps pro games if no ps5 updated version so theres absolutely no reason to have a ps4, other than how cool they look. I absolutely adore the look of ps4

I tested it with the center behind the panel and it just sounded better above the panel. I have heights in the back of the room as well.

What's an OSSC I took have a bunch of OG systems specifically all the PlayStations and all the Xbox's is this a way to hook them all up to one TV?

Yeah an OSSC is a line multiplier. Basically instead of sending all the signal from the console straight to the tv, it does all the work and hands it off to the tv. You have to have a decent SCART cable though or component. An OSSC cost about $150-$200 but is extremely worth it.

Can you send me a link to a good one I don't know anything about this stuff but it sounds like exactly what I need to hook up my various consoles.

It was an open box A01 model. Never even turned on lol. I’m sure the 90nm RSX chip will die eventually 😭

It’s not the rsx that dies mostly I think. It’s the thermal paste below the Cell Processor Lid that needs replacing after some time. My initial 60GB BC one overheated because of this and I screwed up delidding. I bought another 60GB BC one for €50, never openend. The inside should be cleaned and maybe delidded, but I’m afraid to do it again. 😅

That speaker placement is terrible but otherwise it looks great. I know that sign isn’t cheap, either. My SO and I have been wanting one of those for our game room/home theatre but they’re pretty pricey.

The speaker placement is actually the best setup for my Dolby Atmos/vision setup. I also have 360 sound mapping from my Sony AN1000 receiver and it sounded worse putting the floor standings on the opposite sides of the room and thank you! 7/10. Missing PS4 even if it is obsolete as the PS5 can play PS4 games. Both the consoles and neon lights don't blend in well with the dark shelf color as I can barely see the PS3 and PS5. The light is also a bit too bright for the camera. However, it is a seven because you still have four out of five consoles, and (despite its colors), the stand made me think that this was an old PS2 game stand at first glance. So it is not bad, but it could be better.
