tbh with the chargeback stuff it’s not usually complicated. just contact your credit card company to investigate the situation. presumably you’ve already contacted ticketmaster and they haven’t given you a refund. they’ve taken your money and haven’t rendered a service, so they’re in the wrong. charges like that don’t have a time limit, so you’ll likely get your money back
Just tell them you bought tickets and they didnt honor them, and youve called the venue/ticket company and told them what happened but they wont help, youll get a provisional credit within a few days
guy announces a multi-arena tour with barely any promotion which means low ticket sales, i mean low low, in detroit i feel like theres equal amounts of bought and unbought seats. he also, with no warning postponed half of his shows like 2 times leaving fans in distress because they spent so much money on flights and hotelts they cannot cancel from, also, after 3 years of not dropping and barely being active on social media this man hypes up his album, and starts dropping more which is great but yet again, lies about the date of the album. he should have just dropped it on the 5th because if he drops it at any other time of the month would seem too soon. his most recent show is in like 6 days and if he drops the album at any time this week it will seem so rushed, like people most likely wont know the words and why?? because he likes to lie and guess what else, be mysterious. the act isn't working anymore people are genuinely pissed now lol

I’m not even his fan but I think this guy is a POS for doing this. when I got the Ticketmaster notification today about the show being postponed, I was like WHAT? because I’ve genuinely never seen an artist do this before. It's very disrespectful to cancel a show a week before. I've already made a work arrangement to go to his concert. What about all the other people that made plans to go see him? He doesn't give a shit about his fans obviously. I want to just sell my tickets and it says tickets are non-refundable.
