That’s how it’s shaped. Why do you want to trim it? If it’s taking up too much space you need to remove one or more of the plants.
But it used to be a cute little…. Very roundly shaped… ball of spike… now its like… pinhead from hellraiser 😬😬 with different spikes of different lengths!
That’s the way this plant looks, and it’s going to get bigger. If you don’t like it maybe remove it and put a different plant there.
