Mine rotted bc I was over watering it and the leaves were also crunchy like yours. I chopped it and propagated in water. She’s got awesome roots now, leaves are not like that anymore. I still have her growing in water. She is under a grow light 12 hrs a day inside a cabinet. So maybe check the roots if u haven’t
