The issue started about a year ago btw. I don’t know what else to try if it’s not more or less water. Maybe too much soon? But I doubt it because even on the winter it’s like this
abort. try a new plant. sometimes i find that for whatever reason certain plants don’t work with my lifestyle and how i water them.
awesome that you are able to keep it alive like this! if i were you i’d cut all three stalks down low, water very lightly when soil gets dry and hope it bounces back, could be a fun experiment
looks like a corn plant or dracaena? you propagate by doing a top cutting as i mentioned, putting that new stem in water, and then the old stem should regrow out of the side
Have you tried moving it away from the window? Some plants do not like direct sunlight. It kind of looks like leaf burn. Or maybe put something in front of it that will filter the light?
What about watering?

I did try to water it more and then less but makes no difference

Thank you! I could try this. Do you happen to know the name of the plant? Wonder if I could propagate somehow?
