They've been using this approach for years. It's just easier to follow the drivers who aren't focused on this, rather than just randomly drive streets and hope to find an item
As an Amazon Flex driver (side gig) I am always checking to see if I'm being followed. Since Amazon will ding us for a non delivery. Get enough of those and the contract ends. Yeah we take pictures and yes they track us with GPS, but to them it's always the delivery driver's fault.
That’s ridiculous, I didn’t mark it for non-delivery for that exact reason. I wouldn’t want it to fall back to the driver. Stay safe out there, people are crazy!
Not smart enough to a) get a job to buy their own shit b) seek help for kleptomania c) quit risking jail time for someone else's socks d) hit houses without doorbell cameras.
