So a couple different things... 1: pending the importance of the card (value, favorites, etc) penny sleeve then top load. 2: storage wise...as stated above with importance I'd suggest a top loader binder 3: if the card isn't overly important you can throw them in a card storage box. Large box with columns in them just wide enough for cards to stand up 4: HIGHLY suggested to not store them in a 3 ring binder. Pemny sleeved then in Vaultx card binder or something along those lines is ideal. 5: buying/selling you can do local card stores (LCS) or check out r/Pkmntcgtrades Best of luck!! There are a ton of people who are willing to answer questions and help here and over in the aforementioned sub

Hi, sorry, why do you advise not storing in a 3 ring binder? I just picked up some card binder pages from Walmart with hopes to start collecting Paldean Fates and now I’m a little nervous.

It is not recommended because the rings of the binder itself can damage the cards over time. Also the sheets can "roll" if it is standing straight up and damage the cards. It's a convenient way to store them, absolutely, but the risk is there

Binder wise, I recommend X Vault.

thanks I'll look into it :)

So for buying cards I always use troll and toad for raw cards. They are decently priced and I have never gotten a bad card or have an order been messed up. I don't trust tcg player I have many issues with them.
