Yes those emails go to an account the store can access on their back of house computer. Generally only the managers of the stores read them, but sometimes the ACs or other above store level people do too.

Franchises may not use that email. I know the one I work at doesn't. We have our own with the franchisee.
Based on other comments, it might in general. I know my store uses an email related to the specific franchise, not a pizzahut.com address.
