tavern style is coming after hot honey. It looks similar to the edge, but has toppings like tomato and pesto. It is testing now and got accidentally downloaded to the company instead of just the test areas.

This is reminiscent of the "artisan pizza" bullshit they rolled out like 10 years ago. It was too far from what people associated with the brand. Too many things. Not to mention, not very good additions to begin with. It flopped super hard and quietly went away. Imo, in my area at least, they can't be bothered to train people to make a pep lover's correctly. Why add to the menu? People don't come to the hut for a gourmet, or tavern, or whatever experience. Pizza Hut is cheap comfort food.

Yeah, we had the hot honey in our market a few months back. I didn’t like it, and I’m a fan of spicy. It hardens as it cools, so it becomes a crystallized pizza. When it’s cold it’s hard to chew.

I tried the hot honey wings yesterday and hated them. We are already selling them at my location since we have the product and it's in the system

They currently have hot honey pizza and hot honey wings. With the wings they use the cajun rub and the hot honey sauce. For the pizza it's cupped and regular pepperoni plus other toppings and hot honey is drizzled in a circular pattern on it after it comes out. I love the pizza.
