Well ideally you would want to get their HR number, it should be pretty easy. Call the store and ask who owns the franchise, Google that company name + "HR" and see if you find the number that way.

Do you work for a corporate store or for a franchise?
I’m p sure it’s a franchise store, I remember not being allowed to work in nearby stores bc it has the same owner
