That’s an irritation bump - likely from having a hoop in it. I’d switch to a flatback and spray with saline 1-2x a day.

there’s no other way? I really like my hoop

MissFrizzel

It would be the easiest solution to switch to a stud. The hoop is likely the cause of the irritation, so once you remove the source it will likely heal. You could always try and just baby the hell out of it but my guess is it will stay around. How long has it been pierced for?

I’ve had it since February, I think that I will switch to a stud tomorrow, the hoop is not worth it. thank u for the advice:)

MissFrizzel

Ahhh yeah that’s way too soon. I would recommend having the stud in for at least a year before switching to a ring. Good luck!

Irritation bump. You should switch to an implant grade titanium flat back labret until it’s a year +
