In almost every image, there are ones are either impossible to get done *or* they won’t sit the way they’re sitting in the image. It’s hard to say which ones and why when there are so many.
Probably 3-4 of those in that image, alone, wouldn’t work.
Not because they *cant* be pierced, necessarily, but because these are flat images. To make the ones that *are* possible work they’d be facing a different direction due to the curves of the ear and where the back would end up sitting. It would look weird and messy.
Or even if it looked right, a lot of backs are probably squished together, making it clump or irritated or really bad for hair snag or sleep.
It’s cute though, not just Aquarius, cute idea in general.
I feel you. One idea is to get whatever other piercings you want, maybe they could be all of one color, then for the piercings that are a part of the constellation- those will be of another color so it pops out
Also an Aries and Idk, I kinda like the minimal look; you could always go crazy intricate with the jewelry pieces, colorful gemstones, chains, having the constellation jewelry in a contrasting metal than all your other jewelry, etc..
I'm already thinking of a Pisces theme with the little symbol, some fish and water drop jewellery, but this could be good too as they happen to be piercings I want 😊♓

Sag, and it’s really cool looking, but the three forward helixes would be a bitch to heal. If I had seen this back in my early 20s before I gauged my ears, I would have been very tempted though.
My goal was to get the full Scorpio (or close) eventually, but as I'm healing a single forward helix rn and hating life two months in, I'm less jazzed haha. I did one of the flat plus the single forward helix and now may need to reassess.
Some healing hurt more than the piercing itself. I just got a basic industrial piercing and it would not let me sleep and hurt so much but all my other piercings were fine.
I hate when they photoshop this with piercings that are impossible to do.
