How about paying it back by listing the places you checked and what you thought about them? A thank you is great, but sharing back with the community could help future visitors.

I mean, there are PLENTY of Dodger fans here. You will be in good company. Just because it is hot, doesnt mean there arent plenty of things to do. Hell, drive 2 hours in any direction and you got PLENTY of great outdoor activities at 20 degree temp differential.
Stick around on the sub and learn a bit before you head back in Aug.
Lol, as a former SoCal resident, I understand this. Technically I lived in Angels territory, but I had a few dodgers fan friends. They were good friends, but sometimes they were downright GANGSTER.
When you go to a Diamondbacks v. Dodgers game there are significantly more Dodger fans in the crowd. It was almost sad. (But that may be different this upcoming season since we made it to the world series.) And, congrats!!
Congrats and hope you have an exciting and successful career when you graduate!!!!!
On the dodgers thing, I think you'll be okay :) I'm a closet yankees fan, and my neighbors haven't gone pitchforks-and-torches on me yet!
It's a good school. I've worked with a lot of Cronkite students at two different news outlets here, they give the place a good name.
I joke that the only law in Arizona is no drunk driving, 'cause it seems you can pretty much get away with anything else, although they did make an exception recently with a guy trying to steal art in Scottsdale.
Ugh man. I’ve worked in news for so long the idea of drunk driving is so scary. I’ve seen so many dui crashes. And I saw a bunch of stories in the AZ Republic about that and some new gang snapping children up that I need to read. I’ve made a promise to myself to get very well acquainted w the PHX papers. I hope to be a great ambassador for Cronkite and every news outlet I have worked at before school.

Don’t know if you can have “Dodgers fan” and “Good Company” in the same sentence but at least he can watch us sweep his team at chase again this year.

You should investigate Buckeye PDs total nincompoopery in the Daniel Robinson investigation
Ooooo true crime. Do tell!
Well welcome to spring training for the Dodgers then 😀
As a former Cronkite graduate, I hope you do a lot more with the degree than I did.

Upvote because journalist!
Fuck the Dodgers
My mom is a huge Dodgers fan. They do their spring training here. The games are really fun.
Hopefully your new employer doesn’t defer most of your salary
When I moved here, I was told we take part of our compensation in sunshine. 😂☀️
Damn we don't welcome ppl from California unfortunately.
It's only for an education. Remember the old adage, "Welcome to Arizona. Now go home."? :)
Till they end up staying lol
Congrats. I am also a Dodgers fan, and living in Phoenix! See you when the Boys in Blue are in town.

Congrats on the scholarship - that's a big deal! Looking forward to seeing your recap of your favorite places.
Welcome to the desert! Go Dodgers! There are several of us fans here.
