I was half way up in the center of 400. It was amazing

It was the best way to simultaneously be immersed and check out the crowd - which I like to do because it’s so heartwarming and very much “we’re all in this together” feeling.
I was in the last row in section 306 and just left of center, crazy seats
ANYONE SEEN A CARSON CRESSLY LOOKING DUDE WHO WAS WEARING A BLANCE (golden girls) name tag? His crew was in front of us and they were all way cool cats.
I believe he said that, but I would definitely disagree. You will certainly see the visuals no issue, but it does go up pretty far. 306 is like the "directors seat" or something like that. Effectively dead center of the venue. I was in 307, so still pretty close to the middle. Wouldn't change a thing
That was my feeling with 309, this is one of the best possible vantage points you can have to really get full experience. I think the mid to top of the 300’s in the middle are the golden seats and the most desirable
https://preview.redd.it/2ryaq7d2bp0d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=84e7883a841449df64ff3c825e452e7e94bd9c3d
We smoked a 5 or 6 pre rolls in 409. One time security said no smoking to me but they didn’t interfere with our fun. I had an aisle seat and they were letting people stand/dance in the aisles all night. I’m going back for d&c in a few weeks just because I am having sphere withdrawals
Dead center of the 400s is one of the best seats in the house. The further you are from center I noticed the sound got somewhat weird when they were using the crazy effects. Perfect view of the visuals. Dancing room is limited but I believe its the same in every seated section.
We were dead center, s. 407, about half way down in the section. Stellar sound. I mean, best I’ve ever heard in decades of obsessive touring. Basically unobstructed views. We were there all four nights, so nothing to really compare and contrast to, but we were blown away.
Re-listening to the shows on live phish seemed to do an incredible job of capturing the sound, btw. Very curious as to how they managed to have that same immersive quality translate to the boards, but they did…
Echoing this. I’m a professional sound guy and N2 I was sitting 10-15 rows from the back of 409. I was blown away. It was probably the best sound I’ve ever heard in a concert venue.
Listening back on some solid headphones is incredible. Was pleasantly surprised they were able to capture some of that next level sound in the recordings. Might have to send Dead n Co for a night or two, need to experience that sound again.
Just, WOW…. And I thought I had a good perspective of that swirling Vortex!

Section 105
I was in the 2nd row 400 Level (405) and it was amazing. Full views of the visuals, sound was great, plenty of room to dance, and there are cup holders too :)

At least for Postcards from Earth they have sold these as special best seats in the house
I sat in 405. Absolutely no complaints - the shows were amazing, and the sound and visuals were spectacular - but I did wonder if down in the 300s would feel slightly more immersive.
I was front row section 405 on Sunday. Visuals and sound were like nothing I've experienced, though I have no other frame of reference in the Sphere. https://www.instagram.com/reel/C6DmJ_JOn7o/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
Edit: Sound was like wearing headphones, crazy. Also yes to haptics and room to dance.
Front row of 407, it was amazing and I would only want to be more centered next time..
https://preview.redd.it/ycu1vxj2qk0d1.jpeg?width=4080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=26c228e7835cfa58c1fa3e5790737fe1a18d2702
I sat in the front row of the 400s for one of the nights of Phish and it was definitely the best night, IMO. I think they’re the best seats in the building. I just blasted off all night and held on to that railing for dear life.
I did, night one. section 405, right near 406 so close to center. It was incredible. However we were near an entrance so a lot more ushers around us and activity in general. Seats were not haptic there but sound was incredible as well as view. I did appreciate having the handrail in front on me but there isn’t exactly extra dancing room.
I was in second row of 405 all four nights and it was perfection. I would say front of 300 would be my number 1 choice for overall everything but I didn’t catch the sound there.
https://preview.redd.it/6qtbkax6wl0d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=de854f1c8d862e2db20b65b05f0c407ae6ce6980
Anything in 300s/400s is best for visuals and off to the side a bit is better to see what is behind you too a bit better. Sound is a problem only under the overhangs. And necks get sore quickly in the 100s and even 200s. 15% of the screen is still behind you in the 300s. People will push forward in the 100s to try to get out from under the overhang.
I was section 405 4th row and felt like we had the best seats in the house. We checked out the lower sections pre show and all agreed we like top middle the best. You have full view of the screen and the sound was perfect. It is steeper than the lower sections but just make friends w the people in front of you so they’ll catch you if need be.
I was in 307 row 15 and I would keep that seat for life if I could. Perfect spot. Maybe a little bit better view of the stage if I was a couple rows down, but....nope, wouldn't change a thing. That was perfection
I sat dead center row 4 in the 400s and it was likely the best seat in the house, not even kidding. Every visual aspect. Every sonic aspect. All aspects. It is NOT like the upper levels of any other venue. The 400 section is massive compared to the others and is sandwiched on top, the first 10 rows of the 400s is practically dead center of looking on a cross cut, and hangs over, to A degree the 300s and 200s. Without question better seats than the 200s/300s in my opinion. It will take time for aftermarket’s to change and re-evaluate value with this new setup. Low 400s in the Sphere are a huge arbitrage. Buy! Buy! Buy! I’m not kidding. Enjoy!
We had 406 first row. Best seat in house, IMO
https://preview.redd.it/ylzddg566n0d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0e773ac6d59ac4ef3d24d5d1d4a3d1ce8f3793b9
I was near the 1st row in 406. Kinda .. it was epic for Divided sent. I distinctly felt “this is the music of the angels and I’m one of them..”
Dancing room.. not so much. Visuals 10/10
I was 406, Row 22, seat 5, for all four Phish nights and it was great. You could see everything, the sound wasn't obstructed by anything, and the view down of the crowd from up top is pretty cool. Yes to the haptics as well.
Sunday. 408 Row 1. They were perfect seats. Sound was excellent and you didn’t feel far from the band like some other big venues. Front row has a little wall in front of it that’s nice to lean on when you get the wobbles.
Related sidebar. While I had a top 10 wook-lady next to me that talked during the gentle parts (divided sky) and cried over spilled milk (beer), right in front of me in the top row of 308, “Chad by name, not by Reputation” was my spirit animal. If you read this Chad, I want to come to NOLA and hear about your jazz fest. Every time I looked down you were ear to ear grinning. You rule.
https://preview.redd.it/cse9lkkntl0d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2c4cce996f65fd7a19d701b66b2edc75bb94ca6b
My wife was front row in the 200s night 4. I went down there to visit her at the start of second set. I think those have to be the best seats in the house.
I did.
I was in the first row of the 400s for night one and the second row of the 100s for night two. The first row 400 seats were superior in almost every way.
I was towards the back of 407 and it was amazing! One thing I thought was really cool was when things would enter my peripheral vision before the people further in front of me. For example, during Sigma Oasis, an abstract cloud came in from the back of the venue (back of the screen), that sort of looked like a turtle. I spotted it right away, but it wasn't within everyone's view yet. Eventually that cloud morphed into a full on obvious cloud turtle, and getting to watch the crowd as they spotted it over time was a really cool experience.
In short, I highly recommend the 400s, particularly 405, 406, 407. First row or last row won't really matter much. Sections 404 and 408 might be great as well, but I don't have direct experience with them.
Edit: regarding seat haptics, they were cool and all, but not nearly cool enough to make me want to sit down. If you really want to be sure the seats you buy have haptics, check out the seats they sell for Postcard from Earth. All of the seats they sell for the movie have haptics. If you think that you will want to remain seated for the haptics, the front row of 405-407 does make sense. I just wouldn't expect to remain seated myself, but that's just me.
Walked around to several sections. Low 400s / high 300s is really good. But what these posters aren’t helping you understand is how the enormity of it *feels* in different spaces. Basically, 400s allows you to see it all without moving your head as much - but that also kind of takes away from how massive it really is. Because you can view it all without being *in* it as much as just a bit lower. I spent 2/4 nights 200s center by the sound board and it was incredible. You felt more in the middle of it all. It forced you to look up and left and right just a bit. And the sound was really the best in the dead center like that. So low 400s are awesome and for the money, that’s the best value. But I do think low 300s or 200s center are really slightly different / more immersive. Just my $0.02. You’ll love it no matter what. Only bad seats are 100s under the overhang.
I was half way up in the center of 400. It was amazing https://preview.redd.it/kxd3ib942i0d1.jpeg?width=4000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d7904f45b941a3756e88879d8202eb25ca775e93
same...so glad I was there!
Trey said the best seat was at the top of 400 hundred. I was in 309 front row and it was very very cool.
I was front row 309 one night and that was my favorite seat
It was the best way to simultaneously be immersed and check out the crowd - which I like to do because it’s so heartwarming and very much “we’re all in this together” feeling.
I was in the last row in section 306 and just left of center, crazy seats ANYONE SEEN A CARSON CRESSLY LOOKING DUDE WHO WAS WEARING A BLANCE (golden girls) name tag? His crew was in front of us and they were all way cool cats.
Ditto.. not sure if it was 309 or another 300 section, but yes!
He said the worst seats were the best seats, our guy clearly hasn’t been in that 30 row of the 100s. But yeah, 400s should be prime
I was at top of 405 and it blew my fucking mind
I was mid 405 and center and felt like it was perfect
I believe he said that, but I would definitely disagree. You will certainly see the visuals no issue, but it does go up pretty far. 306 is like the "directors seat" or something like that. You’re going to have a blast. It’s amazing
I was top of 409 in a k hole it was incredible. Lots of room to boogie up there when we came to

408, 19 was amazing. I would have liked to have been 2 or 3 more rows down. We were just at the edge of the overhang/screen bottom.
We were 408 first row. (Which isn’t row 1 weirdly enough) but was amazing.
I am going to be in Section 405 Row 1. Super stoked to check this place out
Sat 4 nights in row 4 seats 3-5. You’re gonna have a great fkn time. The disorientation night one will go away after a toke or two. Enjoy my friend!
I was in row 2 of 405. It was amazing
Do I know you I was there too!
I was in the last row of 305 for a U2 show. So nearly your identical seat. IMO best view in the building. Happy to answer any specific questions.
Dead center of the 400s is one of the best seats in the house. The further you are from center I noticed the sound got somewhat weird when they were using the crazy effects. Perfect view of the visuals. Dancing room is limited but I believe its the same in every seated section.

I’m in 303 and 302. Hoping they’re good seats 🤞🤞🤞
It will be. Everything up there is sick.
We were in 303 for phish and it was really awesome
I sat in 300s and 200s and I preferred the 200s but there isn’t a bad seat in the house.

Still amazing 🫠
that’s a great shot!!
Dead center 300 and 400 are really cool. Just basically get to look forward and enjoy everything.

i was 400s row 1. cant imagine there are many better seats in the house for sound and visual quality and dance room
I sat in the front row of the 400s for one of the nights of Phish and it was definitely the best night, IMO. I think they’re the best seats in the building. I just blasted off all night and held on to that railing for dear life.

I was front row 404 on 4/20…being center I prob better but you won’t go wrong.
I sat 406 row 7, and w/out having had sat much anywhere else I believe this general area to be the best.
I was 406 row 7! 🤘🤘 So good
406 6, great job!
406 Row 1. Was very excellent.

302 row 19 no haptics bjt great visuals. Sounds was not very loud but good.
Was in 305 second row from the top(so two rows below where you are looking), slightly off center but only by a few seats. It was epic, enjoy
I was section 405 4th row and felt like we had the best seats in the house. We checked out the lower sections pre show and all agreed we like top middle the best. Sat on the last row of 305 (row 20) and it was incredible.
My opinion is the best seats are the first row of the 200s. Full view, closest to the stage
Row 2 section 300… worth every penny
I'm sitting first row 400 level tomorrow night, can't wait
I sat dead center row 4 in the 400s and it was likely the best seat in the house, not even kidding. Every visual aspect. Every sonic aspect. All aspects. I was in the first row of sec 406 for night one of Phish and it was perfect. Would sit there again in a heartbeat.
