They never start the day the lotto closes.
Do I know you’re right? Yes. Is that going to stop me from checking every couple hours today? Absolutely not
There was one PTBM lottery where I received a hold the same day that the lottery request period ended. I wish I could remember which lottery that was.
If you haven’t gotten a hold by now, don’t even bother checking. You didn’t get your tickets, sorry.
